From a young age, I developed a lifelong passion for education and communication. After 16 years of teaching in Argentina (ESOL), I made a bold move to London, where I decided to further my studies and dive deeper into my true passion. This led me to become a Health and Wellbeing Coach, specialised in Breathwork, with Ayurveda at the centre of my practice.

 

I find immense joy in doing what I love. My dedication to personal growth and self-discovery drives me to constantly evolve and incorporate new insights into my work. Interacting with people and helping them uncover their potential is a constant source of inspiration for me.

Currently, I work with various companies providing workshops on wellbeing and offer one-on-one consultations for those seeking in-depth, personalised guidance. By weaving Ayurvedic wisdom into my coaching, my approach involves peeling back layers to uncover the root causes of issues, empowering others to make lasting, positive changes in their lives.

By focusing on fundamental principles such as respiratory health, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle adjustments, I aim to simplify life and promote holistic well-being.
