With over 20 years in healthcare and complementary care, I have designed these breathwork sessions, blending scientific principles with holistic self-care. The classes are open to all levels—whether you’re new or experienced.

 

 

 

We'll explore the incredible world of breathing techniques known to help you feel focused, calm and energised. I'll guide you through various breathing exercises to harness the power of our breath and enhance both our physical and emotional well-being.

Breathwork in Wimbledon for Beginners & Intermediate

A weekly space to reconnect with your breath and support your nervous system.

These sessions combine a scientific and practical approach to improve oxygen efficiency, while building awareness of how your breath connects to stress, emotions and focus.

You’ll explore techniques inspired by pranayama, Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage to discover what works best for you.

Breathwork is available for everyone, and the techniques we use are always adapted based on your current well-being. I use a variety of techniques, including those from disciplines like Buteyko, which provide exercises specific to certain conditions and objectives.

Breathwork has contraindications and is generally not recommended if you have or have a history of:

Who can participate in a breathwork session?

  • Serious Cardiovascular Problems (e.g., uncontrolled high blood pressure, history of heart attack or stroke).

  • Severe Psychological Problems (e.g., Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, or recent psychosis).

  • Epilepsy or history of Seizures.

  • Glaucoma or Detached Retina.

  • Recent major surgery or physical injuries.

  • Pregnancy.

The type of exercises offered will be carefully selected based on your health status, ensuring the safest and most effective experience for you.
